Multiplex

A multiplex is a big movie theater with multiple screening rooms or mini-theaters to show many movies at once. They usually have a long, central corridor with the screening salons for each movie branching off left and right.

This is a good analogy for the entire Creation. The Creation is a menu, a smorgasbord, of realities, of universes, of adventure experiences, of movies. You-psycan choose your theme and enter that salon. Other psycans go see other movies. You have all eternity so that you could eventually see all the movies – except that the Creation is infinite so that there are always new movies.

But Essence movies are not just something you watch. No!  They are Perfectly 13 real, total immersion experiences in which you are in the movie.  And not just in it; you are the protagonist of your movie.  And you are a supporting actor in the movies of others,  as they are in yours.

To fully be a human, you must not-know Who You Really Are (avidya).  You must identify and lose yourself in your human identity, your avatar in the MORG. To explore Drama, you must not-have your true wisdom and power. To explore Evil, you must create a shell of Evil Being that produces for your all your experiences of Anti-Essence:  hate, rage, jealousy, desire to hurt, harm, damage, revenge, destroy, steal, enslave, kill, etc. Remember, you cannot experience any of that when you are in your Essence. 

You are currently starring in your Human Experience Movie, pretending to be a human being. The Human Adventure, as we have said has five acts:  Evil, Drama, Awakening, Enlightenment and Illumination.

The Matrix

Another and excellent analogy for the world is The Matrix as in the 1999 movie by that name. Our world is a perfect-in-every-way illusion, a Matrix, very much like the one depicted in that hit movie.

Do see the movie if you have not because you really, truly, are in the Matrix! I suspect that movie was divinely inspired to prepare us to understand awakening.

YOU ARE IN THE MATRIX.  
You can awaken within the Matrix and 
recover Who You Really Are.

The differences I note between our reality and the Matrix movie are: 

1.  Outside and creator of the Matrix, instead of the “evil machines”, there is Essence, the One Creator Being of Infinite Love. As you are She, the One, you are the Creator of the Matrix. We are all creating it together and then playing inside it.

2.  When you exit the Matrix, you do so in spirit, as a spiritual being, not with your body. Our bodies are part of the Matrix, part of the illusion; they cannot go outside the Matrix (as far as I know).

3.  To have the level of power over the world demonstrated by Neo (Keanu Reaves) in the movie,  you must be close to Level 5 of Consciousness:  Illumination.

I have been outside the Matrix hundreds of times. My advanced students have all been outside. What I am explaining to you in this article and the entire Essentiality system for enlightenment, does not come from inside the Matrix.  If we could learn what I am reporting about existence from within the Matrix, I think someone would have reported it long ago.

I claim nothing special about expeditions outside the Matrix. Anyone can learn the forms of meditation that permit you to exit our reality. We are all equal beings; we are all Essence. We all come from outside of the Matrix; we are Creator of the Matrix.

Many people have exited the Matrix in out-of-body experiences, near death experiences, entheogenic experiences, high-energy meditations (samadhi). They may not have understood what was happening, much less how to control the experience and navigate in the Cosmos.  We all go outside the Matrix when our body dies; read about NDEs: Near Death Experiences.  (People who have religions tend to perceive their experiences through the filter of their religious beliefs.) 

There have been a few beings who did go outside the Matrix and did try to report it all to others, the best known being Jesus, Buddha, Lao Tze, and certain of the Hindu gurus. One of the problems they faced in their reports was the lack of words and concepts in the cultures and the languages of thousands of years ago, such that they had to explain things with analogies and parables–easy to misunderstand. The result we have today are the religions.

Students in the School have sufficient lightness of shell, energy and control to travel outside in their fourth year of study.

MORG

Another good analogy for your Human Game Adventure is MMORPG, which stands for Massive Multiplayer Online Role Playing Game, and which we shall pronounce and write “MORG”.

MORGS are role-playing computer video games taking place in a virtual world in the internet which a very large number of players interact with one another through their online character, an avatar. An avatar is the graphical representation of the player or the character he has created to play the game.

The better known examples of MORGs include:  Second Life, World of Warcraft, Entropia Universe, and Onverse. 

Earth is a MMPRRPG (MORG):

A Massive, Multiplayer, Perfectly Real, Role-Playing Game.

On Earth, you are in a total-immersion, perfect-in-every-way, virtual reality. You can think of it as a simulation, as a hologram, as a virtual reality, as a matrix. You-Essence create it out of your Essence for your playing pleasure. However real it appears to you within it – and it is Perfectly 13 real – it is ultimately maya, an illusion. Ultimate Reality, the only Truth, is Essence.

The Matrix is Perfect.

The MORG is Perfect.

The Simulation is Perfect.

The Theater is Perfect.

The Movie is Perfect.

It is all real and completely an illusion, a Magnificent-13 illusion, a Perfect-13 illusion (the only kind Essence creates).

You-psycan are the player. Your human identity is your avatar in the game. You-psycan are totally identified with your avatar; you believe you are it. You have lost all remembrance of yourself as the player outside of the game. That is as planned, but it is also planned that sooner or later, you wake in the game and take conscious control.

In Stage 1 and 2 of the Human Game, you do not know the Truth;  you should not know the Truth so you can lose yourself in your movie; so you can take it all seriously; so you fully live the Human Experience as a human. If you were living in the Truth, the illusion that is avidya, darkness, evil, victim, struggle, drama, losing, failure, pain, suffering could not exist. Your Wisdom, Power and Love would be overwhelming. Enlightened beings live in the Truth; illuminated beings are the Truth.

There are no accidents or coincidences; everything that happens is a creation, part of the plot–including that you have created avidya and no-power to experience victim and drama. You have created the Game at a level of consciousness higher than that with which you are playing the game. You block that consciousness and surrender yourself into the Game of exploring all you are not in Essence.

Just as video games have levels, so does the Human Game, the five levels we have already seen.

The question is:

Now that you know, how much more time do you want to spend in Levels 1 and 2?  When do you want to move up to the next level where you wake up to the fact that human life is all a movie, a game, and to Who You Really Are?  You then recover your innate power to create and can play the game of life from a much higher level of consciousness. It’s totally up to you. You can continue in Level 1 or Level 2 for all eternity if you want. But many are now ready for awakening and Essence is here to help you awaken if you decide to. She sends you this article and the School. The choice is yours, and the work is yours. She is here for us to awaken and to transform the Human Game to one of Unity, Power, Love, Joy and Abundance. Can you imagine a planet where all are enlightened?   where there is no selfishness,  no greed, no hoarding; where all are cooperating to create a paradise on Earth? 

Are you part of the solution or are you part of the problem?

Enlightenment is the process of your arousal from the Human Sleep, from the Human Dream. It consists of you-psycan dissipating the shells of energy that generate for you the illusion of human being. Concurrently, you re-create yourself in your ideal of who you want to be. As you discreate these cocoons of energy and ascend the Essence Polarity of Being, you recover your awareness of your Self as a psycan and reconnect your Self with Essence, with the One. 

Awakening in the ESE

The School helps people seeking to awaken in at least 3 ways: understanding, experience and example.

1. Essentiality is a logical and comprehensible model, a science, of Essence, spirituality and enlightenment. It makes sense out of all religions correcting their distortions and errors. It takes the mystery out of mysticism; and the airy-fairyness out of spirituality. It provides a new technology and a modern, Western system for enlightenment.

2. The Awakening Retreat is a four-day event during which the enlightened teachers of the School guide the participant in how to open his innate spiritual perceptions to experience: a- himself as a psycan; and b- to feel and communicate with Essence, Infinite Love. The person only needs to commit and being work on himself to be awake.

3. The School has enlightened instructors and advanced students whose example of spirituality (awareness, detachment, wisdom, humility, love, peace and joy) demonstrates that enlightenment exists and so motivates others to begin work on themselves.

An activation is the faster-than-thought movement of a NEIR mass from your unconscious shell to your consciousness. You experience the NEIR mass as a charge of negative emotion (anger, fear, guilt, sadness, depression, etc.) However, the emotion is just neg-love energy for yourself for BEing in the negative Essence identity you are adopting in relation to the trigger event. There are only four flavors of NEIRs: neg-wisdom; neg-power; neg-value, and neg-good (I am a bad person). NEIRs counter-create your Essence so that you can have game conditions and therefore Drama.

WHAT YOU DO with your NEIR MASS ACTIVATIONS is CRITICAL to both your human HAPPINESS and to your ENLIGHTENMENT. 

There are only two options:

1. Resistance which includes suppress, evade, distract yourself with activities, or plaster over your negative experience with addictive substances and chemicals. 

2. Discreate the NEIR which permanently discharges that amount of mass from your shell.  Repeat this enough and you will no longer have NEIRs or negative emotions.  (Enough is about 200 hours of BTT in its various gradients.)

The UHB (Unenlightened Human Being) operates in the Fatal Identity—>Fatal Paradigm —>External Quest sequence. 

The fatal identity is the belief that “I am not cause, not creator of my experience.”

The fatal paradigm is the belief that.  “Given that I am not creator, external things must be. I am the unhappy, experiential victim of external events.”

The External Quest is all effort to control others and events to:

A) Avoid pain and suffering, i.e. NEIR mass activations, by stopping the trigger events. 

B) Achieve happiness by accumulating positive triggers: whatever appears to be the cause of happiness: success, money, fame, relationships, whatever that person believes will produce happiness. 

Of course, the entire sequence is a hallucination: You are always the creator of your psycanic experience; nothing external can ever cause you to think or feel anything, or force you into any identity; and the only source of happiness is your degree of Essence, of Love.  All other goals produce what are called MOPs: Moments of Pleasure, which are just activations of PEIRs and, as the person is depending on externals to activate them, are always fleeting.  Human existence is periods of desire and effort interspersed by MOPs. 

First, the UHB tries to avoid activation by trying to control what other people say and do, and to stop, change, punish or destroy “B-SNB” things and events. This is impossible; nobody has the power to always control others and events in his life. However, the trying to do so is a great source of games, problems, conflicts and Drama, especially in relationships. 

When that fails, and the UHB is activated, he then goes into resistance of which there are many forms. Some people suppress their emotions directly (which is unhealthy as emotional charges cause physical dysfunctions). Some use substances such as alcohol, tobacco, tranquilizers (Valium, Prozac, etc.), illegal drugs, or food. Others use distractor activities like shopping (”retail therapy”), social media, video games, excessive cell phone use, even sex.  

They all develop addictions to whatever their NEIR mass activation strategy is. The power of an addiction over a person is always his own determination not to feel “bad”, to avoid his negative experience.  (BTT eliminates addictions very quickly by discreating the NEIR being avoided.)

His resistance to his experience causes persistence of the experience in that there is no discharge of the energy mass. Eventually the NEIR mass subsides back into his subconscious – where it awaits another trigger to activate again, and again, and again for the rest of his life. Thus we live the same patterns of negative emotions and negative behaviors and relationship conflicts and addictions over and over. Great Drama, but not much happiness.

How a Master of Life does it

A Master of Life (MOL) (person who understands how life, experience and relationships really work) does the opposite.  First, he welcomes activations because he knows that each one is an opportunity to discharge that neg-energy from his shell, from his being. Each one is an opportunity to change and re-create himself. He integrates with the NEIR, lets himself BE it fully. This discharges the energy from the mass which discreates that reality; it ceases to exist. This permanently eliminates that amount of neg-mass from his shell. Each time he processes an activation, his shell grows lighter and lighter. He re-creates himself in PEIRs.  His experience of self as a psycan in positive identities and his contact with Essence grows every stronger. His is evermore happy, both through the elimination of the negative energy and through the increase of positive energy. 

However, a MOL does not stop there.  He then actively activates himself to speed up the process of his complete liberation of all NEIR masses. 

For enlightenment, you must discreate much of your shell (by energy liberation from realities).  You do this by discreating every NEIR when it becomes available to you in an activation.  (Note: you only have to discreate the NEIR; the neg-emotion will disappear when the NEIR is gone.) Again, BTT is a precision technology for discreation of all parts of your shell.

Activations of Evil

Many people also experience activations of the pure evil layer of the shell. This is experienced as rage, hate, desire to harm or destroy, glee in the misfortunes of others, excessive neg-ego, obsession to self-glory. These experiences can become very strong and persistent, even all the time.  Look at the world and you can see people in this energy: many criminals, serial killers, full time terrorists, for examples. Essentiality has processes to alleviate the evil mass in the shell and, of course, to eventually discreate it completely as is necessary for illumination.

The only thing that exists is the One, a single Being of 13 Primordial Characteristics. These are: 

1. Light

2. Infinity

3. Oneness (Unity)

4. Consciousness

5. Wisdom

6. Truth (certainty that Essence is Ultimate truth)

7. Will (Power)

8. Magnificence

9. Perfection

10. Beauty

11. Love

12. Peace

13. Joy

Whenever someone reports a contact with the Deity, as in meditation, religious, mystical or entheogenic experiences; he will report one or more of these 13 Characteristics.[1] Whenever you experience these Characteristics in your human life, such as when your child is born, or you go to the mountains or the sea or the forest, or look up at the starry night sky, or you feel inspired by the magnificence of music or art or architecture, or you perceive the intrinsic beauty of mathematics or science; you are experiencing a twang of your Divine Essence.

[1] We will always capitalize the first letter of all words that refer to Essence, the Deity, and there will be many more than just these 13.

Whenever you experience the opposites of the 13: anger, fear, hate, guilt, sorrow, depression, powerlessness, worthlessness, badness, jealousy, envy, shame, desire to harm or destroy (as opposed to create or build) etc.;  you are experiencing the negative polarity of your Essence, which is what you came to earth to do  (as explained in the book Essentiality I).

The 13 Characteristics are all the One and the same thing.  The Characteristics are “1 into 13”; and “13 in 1”. They are  One Energy, One Essence, One Life Force, the One Being.  They are all the same energy much like white light is one energy at the same time it comprises the many colors of the rainbow. We will use “Essence-13” or  “Love– 13” whenever we want to remind you we are referring to one of the Characteristics.   (You will find the Characteristics explained in the book Essentiality II.)

The One creates everything that exists out of Her own substance, her own energy; out of Her Essence.  We shall call her Essence, for She is the substance, the Essence, of all that exists.  She is both Creator and the Creation. [2] All things are formed of Essence, by Essence. There is not that which is not Essence. 

[2] “Creation” versus “creation”. “Creation will have a capital “C” when referring to the entire Creation, the Cosmos, which is everything that exists, all dimensions and universes.  The Creation is Essence manifested.  A “creation” is any thing, any reality, with the Creation. Examples: The Creation consists of an infinity of creations.  Every thought is a creation of the person experiencing it.

You are Essence. We are all Essence. We are all the One and Only Being. We are all ONE. There is nothing else we can be for there is nothing else but Essence. She is Ultimate Truth, the Alpha and the Omega, the beginning and the end of all existence.  

In physics, She is known as the quantum field, that no-thing out of which all energy and matter arise. What science does not understand about the Field is that She is alive; She is Life itself. What science does not understand is that we are the Field incarnating within the Creation. She is here, there, everywhere, all the time. You are in Her right now. She is fully conscious of you; you are unconscious of Her; you are asleep in Her. You can change that: you can learn to perceive Her and communicate with Her which is to communicate with your Higher Self.

Deriving from the 13 Principal Characteristics are 20+ qualities of being you will experience as you enlighten, as you grow in and towards Essence. They are the Qualities of Pre-Essence and include: Transparency, Responsibility, Power, Trust in Life, Self-Worth, Humility, Simplicity, Sincerity, Detachment, Liberty, Enthusiasm, Patience, Harmony, Compassion, Kindness, Serenity, Abundance, Gratitude, Service, and Happiness.

Together, the 13 Characteristics and the 20+ qualities of Pre-Essence are the properties of spirituality. You are spiritual to the degree you are living in the

EXPERIENCE and EXPRESSION of ESSENCE,
of the 13 Characteristics, particularly
Wisdom, Power, Love, Joy, Humility and Abundance.

You are not part of Essence; you are all of Her. There are no parts in One. Both your spirit (psycan) and your body are formed out of Essence by Essence, by you. Your apparent individuality, separated and isolated from the One and from all others, is an illusion.  The human mind cannot encompass that you are the One, that you are all of Essence, but you-spirit can experience this with the right guided meditation. 

Likewise, everyone and everything else is also the One. As Essence, you are everyone and everything, and they are you. You-Essence are in all beings and all things, everywhere. The appearance of Many is a necessary part of the illusion that is the Creation; but the Truth is We are all One. To the human mind it appears impossible and preposterous that we are all One, but in enlightenment, you live in this experience.

You are the One partitioning your Self into the illusion of a separated individuality, of a small spirit.  You do this with the ego force.  You are not an ego; you do not have an ego; you are an individualization of the One Consciousness.

Why You Do Not Experience your Essence

As a psycan (spirit), you created a shell of energy around you that blocks out Essence and generates for you the experience, the illusion, of being only human. You then descended into the Creation to play and adventure and have many experiences of all types. You are currently incarnated on earth in a human body to star in your Human Movie experience.

To be a human being, you must not-know Who You Really Are, not-know your Divinity and true Power. You are suffering from auto-created mystical amnesia, called “avidya” meaning “ignorance” in Buddhism and Hinduism. Only by creating mystical amnesia of your Essence, of your True Nature and Divine Creator Power, can you have obstacles and problems and challenges and conflicts and drama, essential elements to any good movie. To be human and to live the Human Adventure, the Human Drama, the Human Dream, you must be asleep to Who You Really Are, the Creator of it all.

Avidya allows you to lose yourself in the illusion of being human. Coming to earth is like going to a theater to watch a movie. To fully savor a movie, you must forget who you are in real life. You must identify with the protagonist and become absorbed in his goals and challenges. A good movie makes you forget who you are outside of the theater and has you become the hero, sweat his obstacles and trials, and live as much suspense, drama and emotion as possible. 

In all movies, stories, sports and games, the ultimate purpose is to feel, to experience, to live, as much as possible, both positive and negative experiences. (By the Laws of Polarity, you can’t have one without the other.)

Congratulations!  You have been totally successful in hypnotizing your Self to believe that you are only a human being.  With the same power you have put yourself to sleep, you can wake yourself up and recover Who You Really Are.  That is Enlightenment.   To guide you to your Enlightenment is the purpose of the Essentiality School of Accelerated Enlightenment. 

An infinite space stretched out before me; I was only a tiny speck of consciousness. The pure Essence of Love washed over me in waves of sound, color, and ecstasies. In that infinite space, a nameless number of worlds existed, each with their own life forms and experiences. Countless dimensions / planes / worlds inside countless spheres on countless tendrils of God; and It was in the act of experiencing all of them at once.

God is sitting quietly on Her Eternal Couch watching countless movies all at once, the very movies we are making every second of our lives. More than that, God is living each life with the liver, literally looking through our eyes as we go about making the choices of our experience. God allowed me to feel what being It felt like; and inside It. I lived every life in existence, infinitely.

It is everything and everything a part of It, everything one with It. I saw that nothing that anyone does can be “good” or “bad” because God is only Love. Even in our judgments and hate and horror, we are searching for Love, searching to return to It. Everything is truly okay.

Anonymous report of a mystical experience of the Creator

Being the One, the 13 Characteristics, is an ecstatic experience—for a while. However, in the Unmanifested One, there is nothing: nothing to do, nowhere to go, no one to play with, no challenges, no games, no goals, nothing to play with, nothing to play for (prizes), no drama, no good, no evil. Over a long time, such as eternity, you can understand how that could get monotonous.

But not a problem. Essence is Infinite Power, Infinite Energy, and Infinite Possibility. She can be anything, do anything; She has no limits of any kind. So She creates the Cosmos, the Creation. She manifests Her Self as everything that exists.

She creates everything that exists out of Herself, out of the spiritual Essence She is; there is nothing else out of which to create anything. With Her Infinite Creator-Will, she forms Her own Substance into all that exists. She is both the Creator and the Creation. She exists before, outside and beyond the Creation. She is inside the Creation. Taking form, She is the Creation. There is not that which She is not[1].

The Creation (aka the Cosmos) is Essence manifesting Her Self in everything that exists, in an infinite number of dimensions, each with innumerable universes, each full of realities and teaming with beings.  (A reality is any form of energy being what it is; everything that exists is a reality from a subatomic particle to a galaxy.)  The Creation is everything that exists, all created reality.  The Cosmos is the Creator expressing, manifesting, forming Her Self into all that exists, into every experience possible.

[1]“Creation” and “Cosmos” with a capital “C” refer to the entirety of all created realities, as opposed to a specific reality which is a creation with the Creation.

Essence is the unmanifested, the unchanging. The Creation is a kaleidoscope of change and impermanence. New forms and expressions of Essence always arising as old ones are experienced and subside.

The Creation is a never-ending parade of creations-realities; new ones ever aborning, current ones ever changing, old ones ever dying away, for all of eternity. Birth- Life-Death; Creation-Experience-Discreation. The Cosmos is a kaleidoscope of ever-changing forms of Essence.

Our physical universe is but a grain of sand in our dimension of physicality, of matter. Our dimension is only one frequency in the spectrum of dimensions that is Cosmos. There is a finite amount of grains of sand on the planet; there is no limit to dimensions and universes in the Creation.

You might think of the Creation as a multi-dimensional, super-real hologram. Our dimension containing the physical energy and matter, is dense and slow, far down in the spectrum of dimensions, near the bottom. (I know this because I and my advanced students travel up through higher dimensions when we visit Essence, which anyone can learn to do.)

Analogies:

1- The Creation is like a megaplex movie theater with an infinite number of screening salons each presenting a different movie.  Psycans choose their movie—but they don’t just watch it: they incarnate within the movie and live it in 4-dimensional, total reality.  This can include, as it does for the Human Movie, that they completely block out Who They Are Really (spirit and Essence) to identify and lose themselves in their character, games and drama.

2- The Creation is like the matrix in the movie The Matrix (1999).  In the movie, our world is a perfectly real illusion in which all the people are in cocoons outside the illusion dreaming they are people in the world and living their human lives with no idea they are in an illusion, in the Matrix.  The world is exactly like that, a perfectly real illusion in which we psycans incarnate to live a Human Experience, our Human Adventure Movie. Except that, outside the Matrix there are no “evil machines” but Essence, the Creator. Enlightenment is to wake up to Who You Really Are, psycan and Essence, while still in the Matrix.  You then live your Human Movie from that level of consciousness, one of Essential Wisdom, Creator Power, Love, Joy and Abundance.  

3- The Creation is like a MMPORG:  a Massive, Multi-Player, Online, Virtual Reality Game, pronounced MORG.  These are computer games played over the internet with hundreds or thousands of other players.  Examples include Second Life, World of Warcraft, Multiverse, Star Trek Online.   In a MORG, the players are represented by an “avatar”, an iconic character that exists in the virtual world.  In the same way, your human identity, personality, represents you-psycan in the MORG that is Earth.  

The Purpose of Creation

The purpose of the Creation is EXPERIENCE, every experience possible, without limits.  Essence creates space, time, energy and matter; then partitions Her Self into the illusion of many beings and descends into the Creation to experience it and play in it for all eternity. This is what the Creator does:  She creates and experiences Her creations, infinitely and eternally.

The Creation is Essence manifesting Her Self in all Her infinite possibilities of Being to explore and experience all She can BE. The Creation is Essence manifesting Her Self into everything possible to know Her Self in all Her infinite possibilities of being, for all eternity.  

She can be anything and everything and She is doing so.  She has no limits; there is nothing She cannot be. There is nothing She should not be; there is nothing “bad”. This includes that She is the negative polarities, the Darkside of the Creation:  Drama and Evil.  The purpose of the Cosmos is every kind of experience possible: from the greatest Light, Love and Creation, to the darkest Evil, Destruction and Suffering.

Essence is Infinite Power over Herself, over the energy-essence of everything that exists. The Cosmos is Essence forming Essence into All That Is to explore Her infinite varieties of expression, to know Her Self and enjoy Her Self.  She is being the galaxies and the atoms, the stars and the planets, the animals and the plants, the rocks and the air.  She is being you and me. She is being all thoughts and all emotions, all happiness and all pain and suffering. There are no limits to what She can BE, and there is no thing which She is not.

The Creation is the sandbox, the toy box, the playground, the movie theater, the game board, the amusement park of Essence. The Cosmos is the “Disneyland of God”, full of rides and shows and adventures and dramas. Our world is the Matrix as in that movie.  It is a perfectly real illusion where we spirits come to immerse ourselves in our Human Experience Movies.

There is no experience that Essence denies Herself.  There is no experience She thinks is bad, that it “should not be”.  That would be to limit Herself and She has no limits; She is infinite freedom to create everything possible.  She wants all experiences, all kinds of experiences, every kind of experience, all possibilities of experience, bar none — including evil, as we shall see. There is no end to what She can be and do and experience: the Creation is infinite and ever changing and She has all eternity to enjoy it. There is nothing else to do in all of existence except create and enjoy the creations.

This is what She does: She creates and then She explores, plays with, experiences and enjoys that which She has created. For all eternity. Never ending variety. She incarnates in life forms by imbuing them with Her Self, with Life, with Consciousness, as appropriate to that form and then uses the form to experience matter. You are Her doing this now, in your Human Adventure.

You-spirit are a particle of Essence descended into the Creation to experience it and all that you can. Your life is an adventure, a game, a 4-dimensional, total reality movie. You are currently playing in the Creation, living your Human Drama Movie.

We may use any of the following words as synonyms for your human incarnation: Your Human: Experience, Exploration, Adventure, Game, Drama, Story, Movie, Theater, Illusion, Dream, Sleep, Descension, Amusement Park, etc.   You are also a creator, and you expand the creation by creating all that you do:  family, houses, business, art, music, cars, boats, airplanes:  everything is a creation. You also create all your psycanics realities:  thoughts, emotions, relationships, identities (states of being), love and happiness—or pain and suffering.

Maya

In Hinduism, the Creation is “maya” which means “illusion”.  It is a Perfectly-13 real illusion. The world is Essence appearing to our senses as all things, all forms of energy. The apparent reality of the material world is an illusion, a hologram, a matrix; the only Truth is Essence. Physical science confirms maya in that the world is subatomic particles which themselves are patterns of energy which are vibrations, perturbations in the quantum field which is No-Thing, i.e. à Essence. We see the world as solid matter, but we are not seeing the real nature of the universe:  Essence.

It is spiritually helpful to always remember that the Cosmos is an illusion; never Ultimate Reality, never Truth. Behind everything, behind all appearances, behind matter and energy is Essence. Everything is really Essence, made of Essence by Essence. She is the Infinite Consciousness Energy who forms the Cosmos from the Energy that She is. She is the Quantum Field that emanates the energy that becomes matter. She is always here, there, everywhere, everyone, everything. She is omnipotent, omniscient, omnipresent. There is nowhere She is not; no thing She is not. Nothing She cannot do. There is nothing She does not know, past, present and future.

No Bad

The definition of “bad” is: that which “Should Not Be” (abbreviated SNB) apparently justifying the use of negative love to stop, change, punish or destroy it. (Negative love is all forms of negative energy.)

To repeat: The purpose of the Creation is experience, every possible experience. In the Creation, Essence manifests Her Self in all Her infinite possibilities of being and doing and feeling. Everything that exists is this One Being exploring Her Self in infinite varieties of expression for all eternity. This includes the positive and negative sides of all polarities, for example:  Love<>Evil. (Evil is the polar opposite of Love.) She has no limits; there is nothing She cannot be. There is nothing She does not want to be, and nothing that should not be; there is nothing that is “bad”.

The human being thinks some experiences “should not be”, that they are “bad”. For examples: negative emotions, pain, suffering, evil, gays, poverty, failure, problems, conflicts, etc. As long as you think any experience is “bad-SNB”, you have not understood Essence or the Creation.

“Bad-SNB” is a hallucination of the human mind. There is no thing which Essence should not be: there are no “bad” things. “Bad” does not exist in the vocabulary of God. This includes what we call evil, which from the Creator’s point of view is but another and magnificent exploration of Herself in Her negative polarity. She is Creator and She is Destroyer. This is the significance of Shiva in Hinduism.

 If something can exist, it does exist, and it exists because Essence wants it to exist. If Her Omnipotence did not want something, i.e. evil, to exist, it would not. Who am I to say that something should not be when the Creator wants it there?  Who am I to deny that experience to Essence?

They are all One and the same thing: The One Infinite Creator Being, the Essence of All That Is.   

All of these names are different facets and gradients of one experience, the experience of the One, the perception of Essence, which as we have said, has 13 major characteristics (and at least 15 minor ones (Pre-Essence). The 13 are: Light, Consciousness, Will=Power, All-Oneness, Infinity, Magnificence, Wisdom, Perfection, Beauty, Truth, Love, Peace and Joy.  The variations, combinations and intensities of experience — and the enormous differences in the narration of them — make it seem like there are many states.  But no, there is only one; there is only the One. 

All spiritual paths, if they go anywhere, lead to the One. 
(And It is the same One, or there would be two.)

The experience of the Essence is a spectrum that runs from the opposite experience of evil, through avidya (no experience) ; to an experience so powerful, so grand and ecstatic and joyful that it obliterates perception of the physical universe and requires great focus to recover perceptions here (should you wish to do so).  Samadhi and the ecstasies of the saints are instances of losing all contact. For example, the book, Zen and The Art of Motorcycle Maintenance is a beautifully written book in which the author Robert Pirsig relates his entry (as Phaedrus) into such a state by pursuing Quality (another name for Essence) as the creator of reality. However, he is not prepared for awakening, and those around him do not understand what is happening to him, so he is put in a mental institution and electro-shocked back to “reality”. (This is one of reasons you need a school: you are prepared by those who have already gone through the experience.)

At the lower levels of perception, any one characteristic, or any combination, may dominate any given moment of your experience of your Essence. In mysticism, there is a well-known story from India about six blind man trying to understand an elephant.  Each one is given to feel a different part: trunk, tail, legs, side, ears, tusks, etc. They report variously that an elephant is like a serpent, a rope, a tree, a house, a fan, a log, depending on the part that each experienced. Similarly, at the beginning of opening to Essence, we will each experience different aspects and in different intensities, producing very different reports. As you perceive better, as you advance towards enlightenment, you will perceive them all and as a single thing, as the One.  

If you would like to investigate more deeply what Essence feels like beyond my poor description of the 13 Characteristics, google “mystical experience” and “near-death experiences” (www.near-death.com is a good site). I give here one of my favorite descriptions, not because it is complete (it is very partial), but because it is so poetic.  This quote comes from the book “Cosmic Consciousness”, by Richard M Bucke[1] (1898). He is writing of his own experience in the third person. 

[1] One of his basic assumptions, that consciousness develops from matter, is wrong, but the rest of the book is a notable study on spiritual illumination citing more than 30 probable cases.

“He was in a state of quiet, almost passive enjoyment. All at once, without warning of any kind, he found himself wrapped around as it were by a flame-colored cloud. For an instant he thought of fire, some sudden conflagration in the great city; the next, he knew that the light was within himself.

Directly afterwards came upon him a sense of exultation, of immense joyousness accompanied or immediately followed by an intellectual illumination quite impossible to describe. Into his brain streamed one momentary lightning-flash of the Brahmic Splendor which has ever since lightened his life; upon his heart fell one drop of Brahmic Bliss, leaving thenceforward for always an aftertaste of heaven.

Among other things he did not come to believe, he saw and knew that the Cosmos is not dead matter but a living Presence, that the soul of man is immortal, that the universe is so built and ordered that without any peradventure all things work together for the good of each and all, that the foundation principle of the world is what we call love and that the happiness of everyone is in the long run absolutely certain.

He claims he learned more within the few seconds during which the illumination lasted than in previous months or even years of study, and that he learned much that no study could ever have taught.”

In researching mysticism, if you decide to do so, do be careful. There is a lot of ignorance and mis-understanding out there by people who have never experienced it, and by those who think it can be explained by the mind or psychology or science, or that mankind is high on the totem pole of being (when he is close to the bottom). (One psychologist equates mystical experiences with psychopathology!)  

While it is scientific and useful to compile reports and experiences about mystical experiences; there is a huge difference between reports and opinions.  If a commentator has not been there personally, he really has no idea what is going on; a blind man trying to understand an elephant by only hearing about its tail.  It is encouraging, however, to note that more than half the population in the US reports some degree of mystical or expansive experience at least once in their lives.

Note that they both are perceiving these experiences through a human filter and also through the personal filters of their spiritual beliefs. This is normal until you have enough personal experience to transcend such projections.  

These people had experiences of Essence by “dying”; you can have them by systematic effort through following the protocols of Essentiality. 

You are an immortal spiritual being playing at being human in the holographic, virtual reality that is the physical universe. 

You are a player in the MMORPG that is life on earth: Massive MultiPlayer Online Role-Playing Game  (pronounced MORG; examples are “Second Life” and “World of  Warcraft”.)  Instead of “online”,  it takes place in a perfectly real, 4D illusion that is matter.   

You are literally living in the Matrix (reference to the famous 1999 movie).  Outside and creator of the Matrix is the One Infinite Creator Being from which you come and are part of. 

You are a spirit incarnating on earth to play the Human Game, to explore the Human Adventure. 

You are literally living in the Matrix (reference to the famous movie).  Outside and creator of the Matrix is the One Infinite Creator Being from which you come and are part of. 

You are a spirit incarnating on earth to play the Human Game, to explore the Human Adventure.     

You are the star in your Human Movie:   The entire planet is a movie set for billions of Human Movies.  Your life is a perfectly real, four dimensional movie and you are the protagonist.  Others are supporting actors in your Movie, and you in theirs.   

You are not your body; you are not your mind; you are not your human identity. You do not come from matter.   You are a non-physical, aware-will entity, a spirit. You are a particle of the Creator incarnating in the creation to play in it.  

Your body and your human identity is your avatar, your character, in the Game.  Your human identity is an illusion, a role, that you-spirit are playing in the MMORPG. 

To truly live the Human Experience, to take it all seriously, to really feel all that a human does;  you must not-know Who You Really Are.  You must forget Who You Really Are to lose yourself in your movie and identify with your human character.  You have hypnotized yourself to believe that you are only a human being, created for yourself what is called “avidya” (ignorance)  in Hinduism and Buddhism.

The purpose of the Matrix as it is for all movies and games, is EXPERIENCE:  adventure, fun, games and drama including pain and suffering. (Movie heroes always suffer before they achieve their goals.)  The Matrix is the Creator exploring and experiencing Her Self in all Her infinite possibilities of being and experiences.  

The first two stages of the Human Experience are, by design, more negative experience, more drama, than happiness.  The first two acts in the Human Theater are more about problems and obstacles, conflicts and difficulties, loss and failure, pain and suffering, than they are about winning and happiness.  You-spirit came here first to explore negative experiences (something like choosing a horror movie to terrify yourself).

Many more positive, even inimaginable, experiences are available to you when you awaken from your Human Dream and recover consciousness of Who You Really Are.  You-spirit are a particle of the Creator, a chip off the old block, capable of manifesting your human life as you would have it.  You are capable of “graduating” to a life of transhuman wisdom, power, love, abundance and joy.  

To the degree that you are deep into your human illusion, all that we have said above may seem preposterous.  That is the measure of the perfection of the Matrix, of the illusion, you are trapped in. Throughout history, some people have awakened with the illusion and tried to tell others.  Their explanations have been mis-understood and distorted and you know them now as the world’s religions.

No need to believe the above, but do take it as a possibility, as a hypothesis and simply be open to having it all explained and proven to you.  What do you choose? You have the same two options as Neo: 

A-  Blue Pill:  continue in the illusion that you are only a human being and continue with a life of problems, drama and negative emotions.   

B-  Red Pill:   Wake up, recover awareness of Who You Are, perception and communication with the All That Is, and your divine power to create your life in your ideal. 

If you chose A read no further. You do not want to know what is in it because it could trigger your process of awakening.  Just know that, sooner or later, you will tire of the Human Game and want to return to the Infinite–Love Joy when you come, to your spiritual Essence.  You will feel emptiness and dissatisfaction with your human life and long for something more, for true happiness.

The theory of achieving Enlightenment is fairly simple; most of the concepts you need to understand are on this page, (although maybe not with sufficient explanation).  

As a spiritual entity, as a psycan, you are a “bubble of being” in the One Infinite Being of Infinite Will and Consciousness.  (If you have not read the article:  Understanding What and Who you Are, you should it read it first and then come back here.) 

  • Will is your innate power to decide and to move energy and so create realities.
  • Consciousness is the ability to perceive and experience realities (energy forms) which can, if desired, discreate those realities.
  • You are a Creator and Discreator of realities. (After all: Son of Tiger: striped)

A reality is any form of energy, physical or psycanic.  All thoughts are psycanic realities, all emotions are psycanic realities. Consciousness is the power to perceive, to experience, energy (realities).  Realities act upon Consciousness to produce experience as illustrated here:  

As a human being, you are a psycan, a spiritual being, existing inside a cocoon or shell of energy, of realities, millions. (A reality is an energy form, explained below.)   Those realities act upon your consciousness to: 

1.-  Create your mystical amnesia which has two aspects:

a) block your memory and your experience of yourself as a spiritual being.

b) block your memory, perception of, and communication with Essence.

2.- Form your human identity complex which acts upon your consciousness to generate for you the experience of human being and all the characteristics of your personality and character.  Your human identity complex (aka “avatar”) is like a computer program controlling the electronic energies which act upon the display (your consciousness) to generate the colors and forms you see (experience) on the screen.   Knowing no higher experience because of your mystical amnesia, you are thus “hypnotized” to believe you are only a human being.   

As a “son of the One, of the Creator” you-psycan are a creator and discreator of realities. 

Your enlightenment is a matter of freeing your Self from your cocoon of non-physical realities by discreating those realities.   You free yourself of the cocoon by discharging its energy using the Essentiality Being Transformation Technology (BTT).  As you dissipate the cocoon, both your blocks to spiritual perceptions and your illusion of human being diminish.  You recover your spiritual experiences of Who You Really Are and dis-identify from your human illusion.  When this new state of experience, of Who You Really Are, is real and permanent, you are enlightened.

Definitions and Concepts

1.- You-psycan: You are not a human being. You are a nonphysical, life-energy entity, a spirit, which we shall call a “psycan”. You are the Aware Will that possesses a human identity and body on planet earth. You use a human being (body, mind, personality complex), but these are things, tools, instruments, that you-the-spiritual-being use to operate in this physical reality. You-psycan are Will and Consciousness. You-will moves energy to form realities, causing them to exist (i.e. creation). You-consciousness experience your creations, which discreates them: they cease to exist.  

2.- Your origin: You-psycan are an individualization of the One Being, of an infinite field of Conscious Will. She is both Creator and Created; we call He “Essence” because She is the essence and underlying nature of all that exists. She is Ultimate Reality; the only Truth. The Creation is an illusion; it is a movie theater, a playground, a Disneyland.  Essence manifests the Creation to explore Her Self in all Her infinite and eternal possibilities of being. You do not come from and are not part of the Creation; you are part of the Creator and are playing in the Creation at this moment in the eternity of your existence, the Human Game. You are Essence; everything is.   

The following definitions are circular–no way to avoid it. You can only understand some of them when you have understood the others. Please read through this section twice as latter information will deepen your understanding of the earlier information. 

  1. 1. Consciousness: Consciousness is a fundamental property of existence; one of the 13 Principal Characteristics of Essence. It is the power to perceive energy/realities, to experience and thus to know them. There is only ONE Consciousness, infinite. Individuality, separate beingness, is an illusion generated by the Ego Force Field.
  1. 2. Experience (perception, feeling, vivance*): is consciousness in operation. Experience is the effect of a reality on consciousness causing the cognizance-sensing-feeling of that reality. Realities cause experience; experience is the effect of realities (on consciousness). *Definition: vivance: a new word created to make a distinction about experience. Vivance is the ongoing experience of something, as contrasted with a onetime or momentary experience of something. Example: Awakening is a momentary experience; Enlightenment is a vivance; a continual, every day, all day experience.
  1. 3. Energy: everything that exists is formed of energy. All energy obeys exact laws and principles. Just as understanding the laws of physical energy has given mankind power over the physical world, your understanding the laws of non-physical (psycanic) energy gives you power over your internal world.
  1. 4. Realities: A reality is any energy form, any mass of energy with a particular identity making it a particular thing. Examples of physical realities include: star, planet, ocean, house, car, tree, your body, animals, insects, etc. Examples of psycanic realities include all emotions, all thoughts (ideas, memories, dreams, plans, etc.), and the most important of all your identities (creation of self, of what you are and what you are not). Realities cause experience; experience is the effect of realities (on consciousness). To change your experience, i.e. eliminate pain and suffering, discreate the causing reality. (Resisting your experience does not work; resistance is energization and causes persistence.) 
  1. 5. Create: Create is to cause a reality to exist. Your will is creative:  it can form energy into realities.  You are the creator of all your emotions, all your thoughts, your identities, your relationships, your success or failure in life, and your vivance of love and happiness.  You are also the creator of the reality (but not truth) that you are not the creator of your life when that is your reality-experience.
  1. 6. Discreate: To discreate is to discharge the energy from a reality by which it ceases to exist; it is discreated. As it no longer exists, it no longer causes you (negative) experience. You-consciousness have the power to discreate all your psycanic realities: all negative emotions and identities, any negative mind content.  The principle is: Experience experienced discreates; resistance causes persistence. 
  1. 7. Subconscious: Your subconscious is the psycanic space around your consciousness, your being, in which your psycanic realities are outside of your perception-experience for the moment. For example, every human being carries around charges of negative emotion in his subconscious (i.e. around his being but outside of perception). When a trigger event occurs, these charges implode into consciousness–experience and we feel that emotion (anger, fear, sadness, guilt, depression, etc.) (What you do with these activations is critical to your happiness. The correct action is to discharge their energy which eventually frees you of all negative human emotions so you live in serenity and love-joy all the time.)

Illustration: Realities cause experience; experience is the action, the effect, the impact of energy, of realities, on consciousness.

Part 2: Putting the pieces together

The Cocoon

You-psycan-consciousness are surrounded by a thick casing of psycanic realities, something like a caterpillar in a cocoon, or an egg in its shell. We call it the Contra-Essence Identity Mass (CEIM). This cocoon of psycanic mass is multi-dimensional and is more massive and more complex than your physical body. Most of it is subconscious most of the time, but it still acts on you to control your perceptions, experience and behaviors. (For example, all of your negative emotions come from this mass.) Your CEIM has multiple effects on you-consciousness:

#1 It blocks your perception of Essence and generates avidya (mystical amnesia) of Who You Are, where you came from and how you got here, what you are doing here, and where you are going when you finish. 

#2 Using counter-creations, it suppresses your level of being (consciousness, power and love) from that of Essence (i. e. God) to that of a human being (very low on the cosmic scale of being); and

#3 It impresses onto you-consciousness the experience, the illusion, of being not only a human being, but a particular and unique human being, one of a kind. (A loose analogy for this is how a computer program controls the shapes and forms that appear on the monitor.)  

To enlighten yourself, you have only to reduce the mass of your cocoon.  This reduces the strength of your illusion of human being and unblocks your spiritual perceptions. The BTT (Being Transformation Technology) is a very precise method of dissipating the cocoon. 

The only thing that exists is the One, a single, Infinite Being.  She creates everything that exists out of Her own Essence; She is both Creator and the Creation.  She has 13 Principal Characteristics: Light, Consciousness, Wisdom, Truth, Infinity, Oneness, Will (Power), Magnificence, Perfection, Beauty, Love, Peace, and Joy.     

You are Essence; you are the 13 Characteristics.  There is nothing else you could be; there is only the One.  Your experience of separated, isolated individuality is a marvelous illusion generated by the ego force field.   In the illusion of individuality and of the Creation,  you are a “particle”, a “child” of the Creator, descended into the Creation to play in and explore it, and to expand it with your personal creations from within.

Likewise, everyone and everything else are also the One. As Essence, you are everyone and everything. You-Essence are in all beings and all things, everywhere. The illusion of Many is a necessary part of the Creation, but the Truth is we are all One. To the human mind it appears incredible that we are all One, but in enlightenment, you see the Many but you feel the One; you feel your Unity with the universe.

In this article, we are going to speak only of consciousness, but your individualization includes all 13 Characteristics of Essence:  you are all of them. Your most basic characteristics of being are consciousness and will; you are willful consciousness. You are an aware-will entity. You can think of yourself as a sphere of consciousness.

You are Consciousness, one of the 13. Consciousness is the power to perceive, sense, feel, experience and therefore to know.  Your “I” is your consciousness, your perception of yourself.   THERE IS ONLY ONE INFINITE CONSCIOUSNESS, ONE BEING.   Your “I” and the “I” of others is all the same “I”.   There is only the One “I”. 

The Ego Force Field

The question is:  How does the One Being create the (illusion of) many beings?   She does so with the ego force field, or simply, the ego. The ego force grid partitions and isolates your consciousness from the One Infinite Consciousness and from all other individualizations of the One.   You are the One dividing your Self into many illusions of separated individuality.  Each individuality so generated is a spirit, a psycan.   

Ego is something that has been poorly understood in both psychology and spirituality.  The ego is a force field that overlies the entire Creation and partitions the One Consciousness into many areas or spheres or “bubbles” of consciousness.  You are not an ego!  You do not have an ego!  You are consciousness delimited by a membrane of ego. 

These “bubbles of I” experience themselves as separated and isolated individualities, as individual spirits.   The bubbles of consciousness appear to each other as isolated individualities, as other beings.  You are experiencing ego when you look at any person or thing and experience “I” and “not-I = other” instead of Oneness and unity.

The technical name for a bubble of being, for the aware-will individuality that you are is “psycan”. You are a psycan, an individualization of Essence 13, living in the illusion of separation and isolation from the One All That Is. The purpose of your individualization is so that you can descend into the Creation and play in it with “others” (who are likewise illusions).

You are a psycan, an entity of aware will (and the other 13 Characteristics). There is only One BEing, One Infinite Consciousness, and you are all of IT. However, you can’t play in Creation as the One, as Infinite Consciousness and Power. So You-Essence create the ego field so that you-psycan can have the illusion of being a small, limited, and isolated individual.

Only so reduced in being can you experience being a human being and explore being little, isolated, alone and relatively powerless. Only by creating small, apparently separate beings do we have others to play with (allies) and to play against (enemies) in the Matrix (the Creation).

Bubbles of Being

We can illustrate ego and psycan with an analogy of soap bubbles. Surely you have blown or seen blown soap bubbles.  

1- The air, the atmosphere, represents the One Infinite Consciousness.  Before the ego force operates, it is everywhere one and the same. 

2- The ego force is the soap membrane that forms the bubbles of air.  Ego force generates “bubble membranes” which separate an area of air (consciousness) from the atmosphere, from the One Infinite Consciousness.  The ego separates the air inside the bubble from the air outside the bubble, and from the air in all the other bubbles.  The ego isolates and individualizes a volume of consciousness, thereby forming an “I”, a psycan. 

3- The air inside all the bubbles and the air outside all the bubbles is all the same air, the One and the same Consciousness.   The ego force membrane isolates the air=consciousness inside the bubble from all other “airs” (both outside and inside the other bubbles) thus generating the illusion of separate individualities. This generates an experience inside a bubble of “I” and “here”; and an experience of the other bubbles as “not-I”, of “other”, over “there”.

You are Consciousness (Essence) delimited by the ego force to generate the illusion of individuality. All others are in the same illusion. In Essence, we are all One. Individuality is an illusion.

You are experiencing ego when you look at any person or thing, and experience “I” and “Not-I = Other”, instead of Oneness and Unity-13. As you progress towards enlightenment, you will transcend the illusion of ego and separation and feel Oneness with all others. The ego permits us to explore individuality, negative ego, enemies, Drama and Evil on this planet as we treat each other without Unity and Love, as “bad” others.

You-psycan are not matter; you do not come from matter. Will and consciousness do not come from matter. Life does not come from matter. Matter comes from Life. Essence is Life. You are the Field, Essence, individualizing and extending Itself into the Creation, into matter, to experience, create and play. As you are Essence, you can experience Her Presence when you learn how to transcend and perceive beyond “maya” (“maya” is the illusion of the Creation in Hinduism). When you are enlightened, you can perceive Oneness, and your experience is “I and another form of I”. You experience the Perfection 13 of all manifestations of the One, you live in Love and Joy and appreciation and gratitude for the wonder that is the Creation.

Essence creates the ego force to individuate Her Oneness into the illusion of Many, many entities of more limited being, many small beings of lesser wisdom, will, power and love than Herself. No form of Essence is less than any other form.

There can be no greater or lesser in the One, for that requires two. For enlightenment, you must live in the consciousness that in our spiritual Essence, we are One. Always, no matter how strong our illusion of individualization, we are all equal beings, equal children of the One. We come to earth as different beings and play many roles. We come to earth to play games of negative ego (defined below), but no actor is greater than or less than any other in the Greatest Show on Earth.

A Buddhist master was once asked to explain Buddhism in one sentence.

His response:

“You are an illusion.”

 

Enjoy your illusion but do not take it seriously. 

Negative ego

Outside of the Creation, there is only undivided Essence and Oneness.  Within the Creation, there is a gradient of ego, of individuality.  In the upper part of the scale, the ego is weak and we can perceive Oneness and feel our Unity-13 with the Creation. 

In the lower part of the scale, where the illusion of individuality is complete such that there is no perception of ONEness and Unity at all, we fall into the hallucination that is negative ego.  Negative ego is the hallucination that one person is more than or better than another; ergo that the other is worse than or less than the first.  Obviously, humans live in this hallucination:  almost everyone believes they are better than someone else, and less than some other person. 

Negative ego is a hallucination.  Where there is only One, there cannot be more<>less, better<>worse; these require two.  We are all equal sons of the One Creator.  No “piece” of the One Being is more or less than another “piece”; there are no pieces. Negative ego is a great source of drama on the planet (and drama, you will remember, is the purpose of Stage 1 and 2 of the Human Game.)    

The hallucination that you do not have negative ego

Some people will deny that they have negative ego.  The greater the negative ego, the less likely it is that the person can see his.  It is a law of negative ego that if you do not see your own; it is because it is so big its limits are beyond the horizon of your perception — never because you do not have one.  To see your own negative ego, make a list of 10 people you know.  One by one, do you think or feel yourself better or worse than that person?   Why?  What do you believe makes your better or worse? — not that it matters.  Either way, better or worse, that is your negative ego.  

Negative ego, egotism, egomania, is a form of insanity suffered by humanity.  Hitler is a famous example of egomania, and once you know what to look for, you can see it all around you, from frictions in the family, in the workplace, to the posturing and peacocking, expansionism and conflicts between nations.  

Law:  Negative ego destroys.  (Again, Hitler as an example.)   As this planet becomes crowded and if unchecked with a new spirituality, negative ego will lead to the downfall of civilization, as it has for countless others. 

Spirituality requires eliminating our negative ego by understanding that no “child of the Creator”, as we all are, is less than or more than any other.   Spiritual requires humility and equality of all.  Humility is the remembrance that we are all One and that there can be no more or less in the One.

Ego is a large and fascinating phenomenon and you will find much more information about it in the Essentiality books.    

Enlightenment is not just some experience or state of consciousness sitting out in the middle of space all by itself.  No!  It is an integral part of the nature of all existence, of the entire Creation, and particularly of the Human Game. There are many factors and elements around enlightenment, which we shall call its ecology.

Essentiality, the Cutting Edge of Spiritual Science and Technology for Awakening and Enlightenment

Essentiality is the vanguard of spiritual science and technology on the planet. It is a system of knowledge and practices that guide the being to awaken from his human dream and recover his true identity of immortal spirit, and his Oneness with Essence and all that is. 

The Fundamentals of Essentiality

Here follow the basic teachings of Essentiality, excerpted from the book Essentiality II.  This knowledge comes from the 40 years of mystical experiences and travels outside the Creation of Mycal and his team of students and investigators, and on extensive (telepathic) communications with Essence (thousands of hours).

They claim nothing special in all this; we are all equal beings; we are all Essence.  Anybody can learn to do what they have done.  The Essentiality School of Accelerated Enlightenment (ESAE) teaches all who wish how to do so, so they can verify Essence in their own experience.   

IT

Down through the ages and all around the planet, there have been rumors and legends of some place, being or state of consciousness beyond man.  IT has as many names as there are cultures and religions: Tao, Brahma, Cosmic Consciousness, Self-Realization, Enlightenment, Awakening, God, the Great Spirit, the Holy Spirit, Grace, Yahweh, Jehovah, Nirvana, the Creator, Paradise, Kingdom of Heaven, Enlightenment, Satori, Samadhi, Illumination, Self-Realization, to mention a few.  All the great spiritual masters of humanity including Buddha, Jesus, Lao Tze, Krishna, etc. have tried to teach us about IT.  IT is the heart of all religions.

IT is NOT a Myth

IT exists.  All of those names and all the religions are referring to the same thing, to the same place / being / state of consciousness:  to the one and the same IT.

Religions are the interpretations, dogmas and myths that have grown up around the perceptions and experiences of IT by the Great Mystics (Buddha, Jesus, Lao Tze, etc.)  However, as their followers did not have themselves the Experience, they could not understand and have lost or distorted the true meaning of the original teachings.  Essentiality is a new and detailed statement about IT, based on the experiences of a modern mystic, Mycal. 

The ONE

The Ultimate Reality, the Highest Truth of existence is that everything that exists is ONE BEING a single, infinitely wise, intelligent, powerful, loving, joyous, Life Energy Entity.  This BEING is the ONLY thing that exists.   She is the ONE and ONLY.  Out of Her own Essence, she forms the Creation and everything that exists within it. But the Creation is an illusion; the only and ultimate reality is Essence.  We shall call Her Essence for She is the Essence of all that exists.  She is your Essence.  You are She.  There is only the ONE; there is nothing else you could be. 

Characteristics

Essence has 13 Primordial Characteristics (and many secondary ones).   Her 13 Primordial Characteristics are Infinite:

Light,

Consciousness,

Wisdom,

Truth,

Infinity,

Oneness,

Will (Creator Power),

Magnificence,

Perfection,

Beauty,

Love,

Peace, and

Joy.

When anyone has a perception of Essence (in meditation, near-death-experiences, mystical experiences, entheogenic experiences, child birth, etc.), they will report one or more of these Characteristics.  These Characteristics produce many secondary qualities, humility, liberty, and responsibility, for examples. 

True Spirituality

Your spirituality is your degree of Experience and of Expression of Essence (EEE).  Essence, and therefore spirituality, has 13 Primordial Characteristics and 20+ secondary ones.  The major ones are:  Cause/Creator, Wisdom, Love, Humility, Peace, Compassion, Joy, and Abundance.

To the degree that you are feeling and living these Characteristics and treating others accordingly, you are being spiritual.  To the degree that you are generating negative energy, harm or suffering for others, you are being anti-spiritual, aka evil. 

Note that the Characteristics are also the components of happiness.  Essence–Love-Joy is the only happiness that exists.  You are happy to the degree that you recover your Essence.

Essence-Love is the only happiness that exists.
You are happy to the degree that you recover your Essence.   

Your spirituality is your happiness; 
your happiness comes from your spirituality. 

You can also measure the spirituality of others by their degree of expression of the Characteristics of Essence.  Many are the “false prophets” who preach (and profit) in the name of God, but who are neither examples nor sources of true spirituality.  If  you do not see humility, detachment from material things, responsibility, patience, compassion and all the other qualities of spirituality, beware.  They cannot give you what they do not have. 

 

“By their fruits, you will know them.”  –Jesus. 

Psycans

You are a spirit incarnating on Earth as a human being to enjoy the Human Adventure Movie. You-spirit  are an individualization of Essence with the same 13 Characteristics.  Several of the Characteristics control your human life:  Wisdom, Power, Value, Goodness, and Love. We call the individualization of Essence you are a “psycan”.  (Others have called it spirit, soul, or being.)

You come from Essence; you are Essence.  We are all Essence.  There is nothing else that anyone can be. There is only the One. We are all One Infinite Being of Infinite Wisdom, Power, Love and Joy. This is your True Nature.  What individualizes you to the illusion of a limited amount of being, of Essence, is the Ego.

The Ego Force Field

All is One, but the Creation needs the illusion of Many.  To produce the illusion of Many beings, Essence overlays the Creation with the Ego Force Field.  The Ego Force divides, partitions, the One Infinite Consciousness into areas or spheres or bubbles of Itself, of consciousness.  Consciousness is the ability to perceive, feel, experience, know; it is your experience of self, of “I”.  Each bubble is a psycan, an “I-here”, with other bubbles appearing to be “Not-I, over there”, i.e. others.   Thus the One within the Creation generates the illusion of others with whom to play and to play against. 

You are not an ego.  You do not have an ego.  You are a bubble of the One, an individualization of the One Infinite Consciousness, a psycan.  All others are the same: we are all equal beings, all psycans, illusory bubbles of the One. 

The Creation

The Creation is Essence manifesting Her Self in an infinity of universes.  Essence is the Creator of all that exists manifesting everything out of Her own Essence.  She is both the Creator and the Creation:  there is only the ONE.  The Creation is the One Being manifesting Herself in an infinite variety of forms and realities. 

Look at the walls around you; you are looking at Essence being wall. Look at the sky; you are seeing Essence being the sky. Look at your body; you are looking at Essence being your body. However, the Creation is an illusion, “maya” in Hinduism. The only Truth is Essence.

The Purpose of the Creation

The Creation is Essence exploring Her Self in all Her infinite possibilities of being and doing.  Her purpose is to express Her Self, to explore Her Self, to play, to be and experience all She can be, and thus to know Her Self in all Her infinite possibilities of forms, for all eternity.  She is being everything possible and everything is possible; She has no limits.   The Creation is the playground, the amusement park, the movie theater, the Disneyland of God. The purpose of the Creation is experience, play, adventure.

You are an individualization of Essence who descends within the Creation to play, to experience and live adventures; and to expand the Creation by creating from within.  Everything you do and experience, Essence always experiences.  You are a sense organ for Essence. 

Polarity

One of the magnificent ways in which Essence creates a great variety of experiences in the Creation is with Polarity.  A polarity is the stretching of an experience into two opposite directions or poles, creating a spectrum of variations of that experience.  Example:  Temperature is stretched into hot and cold with millions of degrees between the two poles.

While there are many polarities in the Creation, the most powerful and important one is the Essence Polarity of Being.  The positive pole is Essence in Her 13 Characteristics, particularly Love.   The negative pole is all the opposites of Love.  That includes all forms of negative energy, of anti-love, such as invalidation, hate, jealousy, polarization, prejudice, harm, lies, theft, fraud, corruption, indifference to the well-being of others, vengeance, destruction, war, slavery, torture, killing, to name a few. The opposite of Essence-Creator-Love-Joy is Evil-Destructor-Hate-Suffering; short name:  Evil.  

Evil permits Love to exist.  Not only is Evil a rich experience in itself, but it is impossible to have one side of a polarity without the other.  Essence wants everything possible to exist, including the Darkside of the Creation; including Evil. 

One of the purposes of Earth is to provide psycans a place where they can come to explore and express Evil, to experience being all that you are not in Essence.   Notice that there is no shortage of Evil on this planet.    

No Bad

Bad is what “Should Not Be” abbreviated SNB.  When something is Bad-SNB, we humans generate negative energy to attack, stop, change, punish or destroy that Bad-SNB thing.  That, our own, negative energy is the only pain and suffering that exist in life. 

More importantly, Bad-SNB is a hallucination of the human mind.  In the Creation, there is no such thing as Bad-SNB.  The Creator, Essence, is exploring Her Self in all Her infinite possibilities of being.  She is Infinite Freedom and Infinite Power and Infinite Love.  She places no limitations of any kind on Her Self.  There is nothing She does not want to be; nothing She does not want to exist; there is no experience She denies Herself. 

This includes Evil.  Essence is the Creator of Evil.  She creates Evil out of Her Self, out of Love, and She loves Evil infinitely. Evil is a valid and rich experience, another in the infinite manifestations of Essence. 

For enlightenment, you must transcend the hallucination of Bad-SNB to live in transparency and acceptance of all expressions of Essence.

Games

One delight of the Creation is to play Games.  The Creation is a Game Field.  A Game is the struggle and effort to overcome obstacles to reach goals.  The essence of a Game, all the juiciest experience in a Game, is not getting the goal, but the struggle and effort to overcome the obstacles.  It is in the struggle that we challenge and experience our wisdom and our power.  It is only in the struggle that we live Drama, a rich kind of experience.  Drama includes suspense, uncertainty, doubt, surprise, betrayal, loss, failure, defeat, anger, frustration, fear, guilt, sadness, all the negative emotions.  Notice how all the best sports and movies are very dramatic; we-spirits love Drama.  No Drama is boring.    

To maintain Drama, you must not win your Games, produce your desired results.  Humans play for Drama much more than to win.  You avoid getting your results by suppressing your creator power.  You recover your power when you are enlightened. 

Playing in the Creation

In your Essence of great Wisdom, Power, Love and Happiness, you cannot play Games, experience struggle or explore Drama.  You are too Wise and Powerful to have obstacles.  You are innately a creator; you can manifest any result you want immediately.   To come to Earth and play all the human games  with all their Drama: relationships, family, work, career,  business, success, money, fame, power, military, etc.—everything in life is a game.  You must suppress your Divine Essence to play Games, experience Drama and explore Evil. You must become human, ignorant of Who You Are and powerless.  You do this by creating a shell of energy around your being. 

Your Shell

To generate for yourself the illusion you are only a human being, you created a shell of psycanic (non-physical) energy around yourself. That shell acts on you-psycan = consciousness = experience  (all one concept) to block and suppress your experience of Essence,  and to generate for you the experience (illusion) of being only a human being.  While we know the exact mechanics of the shell, that is beyond our discussion here. 

The purpose of your shell is to counter-create Who You Really Are so you can explore all that you are not in your Essence, which is the negative, the Darkside of the Creation.  The Darkside includes Drama, Evil, pain and suffering.  Remember:  these are not Bad-SNB!   The Earth is a place to explore all that you are not in Essence.

Incarnation on Earth

Inside your psycanic shell of realities, you-psycan incarnate into the Matrix, into the human world, and live your Human Adventure Game as a human; that is to say: dramatically.  It takes 600+ incarnations to explore all the possibilities of the Human Experience:  rich<>poor, healthy<>sickly, success<>failure, king<>beggar, warrior<>priest, nun<>prostitute, wise<>stupid, retinue<>alone, etc.  

As a human being you are exploring the Darkside of the Creation, all that you are not in Essence.  This includes:  ignorance, no-power, problems, conflicts, poor results, failure, pain, suffering and evil. The Darkside has two bands of experience:  Drama and Evil. As we shall see, humans are exploring Evil.

The 5 Stages of the Human Experience

The Purpose of the Creation is EXPERIENCE. The Human Adventure is all about experience, particularly of the negative energy side of the Creation. The Human Theater has not just one act, but five, five stages, five different movies. Stages 1 and 2 are the exploration of the Darkside, Evil and Drama.  Stage 3 is Awakening.  Stage 4 is Enlightenment.  Stage 5 is Illumination.   

Stage 1 is the exploration of Evil

To understand Evil and to reach enlightenment, you must relinquish your current ideas about Evil and understand as we present it here and in Essentiality II. 

Evil is much more than what you might think. Evil is all forms of negative energy and actions; all that is unpleasant, painful, undesired, contra-productive, damaging, destructive. Evil is all human actions that are entropic: that reduce the energy, the order and organization, or the well-being of others.  It is all that increases disorder and chaos; that hurts, harms, damages or destroys. Evil is all actions that violate honesty, that fail or betray agreements, duties and responsibilities.  It includes lies, theft, fraud, corruption, and all war (no matter the justification).

Love unifies and harmonizes; Evil divides and creates conflict. It includes ignorance (avidya), neg-ego, rage, hate, destruction, prejudice, polarization, war, etc.  Evil includes mediocrity, clutter and disorder in our being, our life and results. It includes: irresponsibility, victim, self-sabotage, laziness, heaviness, depression, pessimism, all forms of darkness, heaviness and low productivity are Darkside. 

There are only two possibilities for every energy and action:  it is love, or it is the opposite: evil.  Everything you and everybody else does is one or the other:  love or evil.   Look at the planet:  we are swimming in Evil.  Watch the news:  much of it is about Evil. 

What the UHB does not understand is that Evil is not bad-SNB! 

  • Evil is the polar opposite of Essence, of Love. By the laws of polarity it must exist.
  • Nor would the Creation be complete and Perfect-13 without it.
  • Furthermore, Evil is a valid and rich experience in itself.
  • Further furthermore, you need to experience Evil to refresh your experience and appreciate your Essence
  • You came to Earth to explore Evil.

Essence–Love is the Creator of Evil (as She is of all that exists).  She creates Evil out of Herself, out of Love.  Evil is just another of Her infinite forms of expression of Her Self. 

She is Infinite Love and She loves Evil infinitely.  You do not love as Love loves until you love Evil as Love loves it.  You do not Return to BEing Love (Essence) until you love as Love loves, including Evil.  This is a teaching of Jesus who at his death continued to love despite the worst evil possible being done to Him. 

Resist Not Evil for Resistance Causes Persistence.  To use Evil (any form of negative energy) against Evil is like trying to put out a fire by pouring gasoline it.  You only succeed in putting more Evil into the world. 

Until you understand the above paragraphs, you do not understand God. 

Once each psycan has experienced enough Evil, he will tire of it and graduate to Stage 2.

Stage 2 of the Human Experience is Drama

Drama is all the rich experience, mostly negative, that we savor during a game, sport or movie (struggle to overcome obstacles). Drama includes: suspense, surprise, tension, doubt, dilemma, eagerness, expectation, impatience, anticipation, uncertainty, perplexity, confusion, indecisiveness, shock, problems, challenges, conflicts,  effort and struggle, difficulties, errors and mistakes, faults and failures, losing and winning, victory and defeat, and all the negative emotions: anger, anxiety, fear, guilt, resentment, hate, sadness, sorrow, regret, desire, depression, among others.[1]

The Purpose of the Creation is experience;Drama is rich, intense experience, especially when you are feeling your negative emotions (which you cannot experience in Essence).    Drama fulfills magnificently well the purpose of the Creation:  experience.  

Is your life Dramatic?   Then, good job!  You have what you came here for.   You can stay in Drama as long as you want, but eventually you-spirit will tire of it and want to go Home, back to Essence, to Light and Love and Joy.

[1] When Drama refers to the overall, grand concept as presented in the chapter, it will be spelled with a cap “D’. Small “d” is used when referring to a specific drama or one with only a few of the elements of Drama, as “She has a lot of drama in her marriage.”

Stage 3:  Awakening

Awakening is a transition stage between Drama and Enlightenment.  It starts with the Dark Night of the Old Soul  and then Search for a source of True Spirituality. 

You are awake when you are certain that there is something beyond man you can achieve AND you are working on yourself to achieve it.  Awakening is an unstable state.  If you do not work for enlightenment, you will fall back to sleep. 

The ESAE has a 4 day retreat in which the participant learns to perceive Essence and can commit to his enlightenment.  Thus awakening can be achieved easily. 

Stage 4:  Enlightenment

You are enlightened when: 

#1- You have discreated enough mass from your shell to perceive through your illusion of human being to your spiritual being and Essence.  Thus you recover your consciousness of yourself as spirit and now live in the “experience of psycan”, of being an immortal spiritual being just visiting Earth.   

#2- You can perceive, feel, Essence, the Tao, and communicate with Her. You live in the experience of Presence, Oneness, Vastness, Wisdom, Perfection, Beauty, Truth, Love, Peace and Joy.

There are many more characteristics of enlightenment such as creator power to manifest what you want in life, freedom of all negative emotions, freedom of Drama, all relationships are in harmony, serenity and love.  See the article "The Characteristics and Experiences of an Enlightened Being" for a long list of the characteristics of enlightenment. 

Stage 5:  Illumination

You are an illuminated or self-realized being when you release all individuality, all illusion of separation from the One.  You are pure Essence again.  This was the level of Buddha and Jesus and only 235 others since the beginning of history.  Illuminati are God walking the Earth in a human body.  If you speak to one, you are speaking directly to God (The Father and I are One.)

Because they are Essence, they have Absolute Power over the Creation (which is Essence) and can manifest anything instantly, calm storms, walk on water, turn it to wine, heal the crippled and blind, or raise the dead. We experience their Power as miracles, but they are just Essence being Essence. 

Illumination is optional. You can retain individuality if you choose, or return to individuality when you please and dive into the Creation for more adventures.   

How to Achieve Enlightenment

First step is to verify in your own experience the existence and omnipresence of Essence. The Essentiality School of Accelerated Enlightenment has procedures through which you can temporarily bypass your shell and feel Essence. Once you know that Essence exists, you have the classic “blue pill<>red pill” choice. You either commit to working on yourself to achieve enlightenment or you return to your human life without action; you will fall back into avidya (sleep), Drama and Evil.

There are 4 main areas of work:

1- Wisdom: You must acquire a substantial amount of knowledge and learn how the non-human Intelligence of Essence thinks and operates. She is quite foreign to human thinking. For example: evil not only is not bad, but it is a valid and necessary experience, part of Essence, and beloved by Essence. (Remember She is all things: She is both Love and Evil which is the polarity opposite of Love.)

2- Liberation: You must discreate the shell of energy, the cocoon, around you-consciousness that blocks your perception of Essence and produces your illusion of human being. The Being Transformation Technology is an exact system for liberation.

3- Re-Creation: Once you have eliminate negative identities and realities, you can create and install positive ones. You re-create your being in your ideal of Who You Want to Be: wise, creative, powerful, serene, loving, abundant and joyful. Think of Jesus and Buddha.

4- Ascension:  You are currently at the bottom, the south pole, of the Essence Polarity of Being, exploring the negative  characteristics of being. Through spiritual disciplines and practices as detailed in the Essentiality School of Accelerated Enlightenment,  you must ascend the Polarity of Being to return to  being the 13 Characteristics of Essence

Your spirituality is your degree of experience and expression of Essence, of Her 13 Characteristics.   Your daily experience of unity, love, happiness, power and abundance are proportional to your recovery of your Essence.

The 4th Stage of the Human Experience, the 4th Level of Consciousness is enlightenment. 

The Essentiality definition of enlightenment is very precise and comprises two conditions.  You are enlightened when: 

#1: You have discreated enough mass from your human identity complex to perceive through your illusion of human being.  Thus you recover your consciousness of yourself as spirit and now live in the “experience of psycan”, of being an immortal spiritual being just visiting Earth.  

I know of no way to transmit this experience with words, but it is a great, expanded awareness of self beyond time and space, of immortality, and of power to create. You feel enormous, powerful, loving, inspired, joyous. You operate your body and your human identity from your awareness of being immortal Aware-Will. You are now longer identified with your human identity. It is a toy; it is a tool.

You can retain whatever you wish of your human identity, but you know that it is not who you are; that it is only a complex of realities. You control it and re-create as if it were a computer program. You can install realities or remove them at will and thereby re-program your human experience. You re-create your human identity in your ideal of how you want it to be. You are also working on re-forming you-psycan in your highest ideal of who you want to be as a spiritual being, in the “image and likeness” of Essence (reference to Genesis).

#2: You can perceive, feel, Essence, the Tao, and communicate with Her. (I describe Her 13 Characteristics in detail in the book Essentiality II.)  You feel Presence, Oneness, Vastness, Wisdom, Perfection, Beauty, Truth, Love, Peace and Joy. You feel reconnected. You feel found. You feel Home; you have “arrived”. The searching and struggling of human existence ceases. You are at Peace-13. You can never be alone again; Essence is always there with you.

Secondary Characteristics of Enlightenment

Those two qualities about, experience of spiritual being and contact with Essence, are the essential experiences of enlightenment. There are many secondary ones (in no particular order): 

1. You recover your divine Wisdom You A because you know Who You Are. You know Who Others Are. You are beyond Drama, pain and suffering. You know how existence really works behind the Matrix, and if in doubt, you can consult Her Infinite Wisdom. You understand and live everything in this book and the much greater wisdom that is Essentiality.

2. You recover your divine Power to create and manifest. No longer are you in the illusion of effect and victim of life. You know you are the creator not only of your life, but at higher levels of your being, of the Creation  You use your Power to manifest what you need when you need it. You are free of the human obsession with material things, with security, with accumulation and hoarding. You live free of anxiety, worry, fear of loss of what you have. You always have enough.

3. Your experiences, your knowledge, your values, your goals, your behaviors are You are non-reactive to others and event. Your mind is silent and free of the human compulsion to judge and criticize everybody and everything, to polarize everything in good<>bad, should be<>should not be. You do not generate negative mental or negative emotional energy. You are serene and content all the time no matter what.

4. You no longer have negative emotions because you have discreated the true, underlying causes (identities). As these are the only pain and suffering that exist, you no longer suffer. You are non-reactive and transparent to others and the events of life. You live in serenity, peace and joy.

5. You are free of the External Quest for Happiness. You have no emotional need or dependency on others; no more compulsion to control them to be a certain way or have them treat you a certain way. (This is the source of 95% of all relationship conflicts.)  You are indifferent to success, fame, money, power, all the great human games. You may choose to have them or not, but you do not need them for happiness. You are happy all the time because you have contact with Essence, the only happiness that exists.

6. You are unattached. The arrival of anything “negative” to your life is no distress. The departure of anything “positive” to your life, including death of family, business failures, loss of money,  is no pain or suffering. Life is a movie, a parade of experiences. You are not a human lost in the movie, but an immortal, spiritual observer of the plot.

A Master of Life  (an enlightened being in relation to the human world as contrasted with his spirituality)  has only two modalities of operation. He enjoys the “positive” experiences that life presents him; and he learns and grows from the “negatives”. As he loves to learn and grow, there are no “negatives”.

7. You are able to discreate negative energy, negative emotions, thoughts and identities. You are already mostly free of these, but if a negative energy comes in on your consciousness, you simple discreate it.

8. You feel your Infinite Value and that of all others because it is the Value of Essence You know the Truth of all beings that there is no more or less in the One. You are grounded in Humility and the equality of all beings. Nobody can make you feel less, and you do not feel more or better than anyone else (knowing that better<>worse is neg-ego and a characteristic of evil). You understand why Humility is the gateway to Unity, to Essence.

9. Simplicity of being. You are honest and sincere. You have no need to impress anybody; you have no masks or pretensions, are not ostentatious. You have no need to attract attention or recognition (unless that is part of your Mission). You live without complications and without Drama. Your happiness is your connection with Essence, not physical things.

10. You are transparent. Transparency is the beginning of Love. The negative energies, slights and attacks of others flow through you meeting no resistance. You may respond, but you do not react. Thus, you live in serenity and tranquility, in Peace-13.

11. Freedom, Liberty. You have liberated all the negative energy in the human identity complex. You have freed yourself of the many negative energies the UHB hauls around: baggage such as negative emotions, regrets, resentments, of the glories, sorrows and pain of past; of failures, shame, guilt, blaming others, traumatic incidents. You are free of anxiety, worry and fear about the future. You live in present time, in the Eternal Now.

12. You are free of programs both about yourself and about others. You have no demands or expectation of others or the world about how they should or should not be, what they should or should not do. You can see social and cultural programming and chose to follow it or not. Nor do you bow to the programs and intents to control you of others. You live free; you live your life as you chose to live it. You feel the Liberty innate to your spiritual Essence.

13. Compassion and kindness. You see all your brother psycans so enjoying their avidya and movies on one level, and on another, caught up their human identity, games and drama. You understand how they are trapped in their victim and dramas and some in suffering—without getting caught up in their dramas. You can see exactly how they are creating their problems and conflicts. You know the solutions to their problems but respect their choice for drama by applying the Law of Three Times (see box)  . You understand, with compassion, their human pain and suffering, and you can see exactly how they are creating it. But you know they created their movie that way; that there are no victims, no accidents, no coincidences. You know that most are not ready for Awakening but will come to it in their time, and probably not in this lifetime. You feel gratitude for your own awakening.

14. Your relationships are all and always in positive energy and free of all drama. You have evaluated every relationship in terms of energy exchange and eliminated the energies that are not compatible with you. If you want a romantic relationship, you simply manifest it and it is always the ideal person for you at that period in your life (no drama about finding the “right” person). You do not have to expend TE to meet the person; it happens naturally and you can feel the spiritual affinity. Likewise, when it is time for a relationship to end, you have no attachment and let it go in gratitude for the experience lived.

15. As you can feel Essence, Infinite Wisdom, Power and Love, with you, you have a total trust and confidence in the unfolding of life. You know that the ultimate salvation and happiness of everyone is assured. You know earth is a theater and life is a movie. You see the magnificence of the illusion. You know you have a life script and that everything is under control by Higher Wisdom. You can feel the Perfection and Magnificence of the Creation, of how it all works. You are in astounded awe of the Wisdom and Power that creates it all and controls the backstage so we can live our movies.

16. Life is a parade of experiences. You have transcended the human hallucination of good<>bad. You have no resistance to negative events; in fact, there are no negative events; just the universe unfolding with a kaleidoscope of options of experience. On never resisting the negatives of life, you do not suffer. (Suffering is resistance to pain.)

17. You know of your mission for this life; your agreement with Essence before you came. Just as humans have their goals, so too does Essence have plans and goals for humanity. She has a plan for a Transformation of Consciousness on the planet to usher in a Golden Age of awakening, love, cooperation, abundance, and expansion for all. Above all, She has a promise to bring us all Home from our expedition into Darkness. Nobody came to samsara for all eternity. Enlightened, you participate with and serve Love in Her greater plans for humanity. The more you serve, the more Love you become. While She can obtain any result from anybody at any time, She prefers to work through enlightened Masters of Life who consciously serve Her.

Lives is many kinds of fear: pain, sickness, losing joy, losing money or property, not having enough (of whatever), losing loved ones, old age.

Death is bad, even tragic. Lives in fear of all kinds especially of death, both of loved ones and of self.
Suffers when loved ones die.

Believes himself at the effect of forces and of accident and randomity. Feels often powerless to control his life. Lives in Games Conditions and Drama. Has to struggle to manifest what he wants and often fails. Things are scarce; must hold on to them.

Anxiety, worry, fear.

Fear and Greed: Is driven by fear of not having enough or loss of what he has, and by greed for more and more and more; it’s never enough.

Is driven by negative ego. Everyone is either better or worse, more or less, than himself. Uses masks, pretensions, bragging, one-upmanship, trying to convince others of superiority. Struggles to climb in hierarchies. Compulsion to peacock and ostentate.

Life is deadly serious and you only have one. Life is about scarcity in one area or another: health, success, money, love or happiness. Life is full of tragedies and suffering.

External Quest for Happiness: seeks happiness by trying to control the externals of his life: relationships, events and situations, and striving to obtain the material things that appear to cause happiness.

Life is emotionally painful: anger, anxiety, worry, stress, fear, guilt, sadness, loneliness, depression, etc. Activations of negative emotions are frequent and sometimes long lasting.

Struggles to avoid his triggers for such pain, even attacking others to not-do what he does not like.

Life is full of evil and many bad people, things and events that should not be. Lives in resistance and aversion to many things, which negative energies are his own pain.

Selfish: “Me and mine, no matter the needs of others”.   Materialistic. There is no end to his desire (greed) for more and more and more.

Relationships are full of problems, conflicts, discussions, anger, resentment, guilt, you-owe-me’s, domination, manipulation.

Emotional attachment to others and to things.
Loss of anything causes him pain.

Has many addictions: alcohol, tobacco, food (ergo overweight or anorexic) tranquilizers, drugs, cell phone, social media, sex, retail therapy, to name a few.

Seek ease and comfort over excellence.
Often lazy and irresponsible.

Lies, cheats, steals, defrauds, practices corruption, nepotism, and cronyism.

Is a source of much negative energy even while professing to love the other person: anger, invalidation, demands for change, intent to control, dominate or manipulate.

Carries a past full of negative, even traumatic events, and of resentment, even hate. Believes the past shapes and limits him and he has limited capacity to change.

Often has poor food habits (e.g. junk food) and insufficient exercise. Frequently is sick and may have major health problems.

Always wants to recognized, credited and acclaimed for all he does. Flees responsibility when things go wrong.
 Blames and complains.

Lives in 3 dimensions of experience: human, spiritual, and Essential. Life is spiritual. Has seen other dimensions and knows he is only visiting the physical universe.

Experiences himself as an immortal spirit, part of the ONE. Perceives and communicates with Essence. Lives in Essence, in Oneness, Power, Love-Joy.

Is free of all fear. Understands life in the Matrix, the Movie. “Bad” experiences are just the Movie playing itself out. Has total confidence in the Tao.

Lives in the experience of being an immortal spiritual being just visiting earth. Lives free of fear of old age and death. Knows that loved ones also do not die and is free of suffering when it happens, as it must.

Lives as a Creator Being. Knows how to use will and energization to manifest what he wants, which also frees him from any desire to accumulate and hoard. Things and experiences flow through his life without clinging or aversion.

Trust and confidence in Essence.

Connected to Essence, knows he is and has all that exists. His happiness is indestructible; He is indifferent to fame and fortune. Lives in natural abundance.

Knows we are all individualizations of the One and that all ego is hallucination: there is no more or less in One. Lives in Humility which is Truth, Wisdom, Love and Happiness. Knows everyone is an equal child of the One; there is no more or less in the One. Free of all egoic competition with others.

Life is a movie. He is a tourist of Earth. Life is naturally abundant in all things desired and rich in experiences. Remembers past lives not only on Earth but in other dimensions before Earth.

Internal Achievement of Happiness. Understands BE-FEEL and has created his BE such that he FEELs joyous all the time no matter what. Externals events neither cause him pain nor make him happy. He is joyous all the time no matter what.

Is free of all negative emotions. And if he should activate a negative emotion, knows how to discreate it on the spot. Can experience anything without emotional activations. Thus, lives in harmony with the flow of life, and in serenity and peace. Lets others be and do as they think best.

Understands “Bad-SNB” and evil.

Understands why and how life is Divinely Perfect; that nothing happens or exists without the permission of Essence.

Lives satisfied with just what he needs and is free of desire for more and more. Generous with his times and energy and money to help others. Practices service to others as an expression of Divine Love.

Relationships are in harmony, love and mutual support. The experience of love-joy is very strong.

Is free of attachment; life is a flow of people, things and experiences. Loss and gain: all the same.

Is free of the need of external substances or activities to suppress his negative emotions; he has no addictions.

Seeks excellence and perfection, starting with himself.

Values integrity as an expression of Essence.

Is always loving; never generates negative energy. Knows how to maintain all relationships in positive energy all the time.

Has discreated all negative energy in his past and his avatar. He is, able to recreate himself in his ideal in the present.

Maintains his physical vehicle with quality fuel, exercise and is in good health. Has cured his body of health problems.

An SEB operates as a ninja in life. He does not seek to be recognized, much less fame (unless he has a Mission that requires it). He acts with love to produce positive results for self and world and tries to be gone before anyone even realizes he was there.

His or her Essence is perceptible and impacts the people around him so they ask and are motivated to start their own process of Awakening.

This table gives you some idea of the life of an enlightened being. The difference to the life of a normal human being is night and day: neg-energy, poor results, drama and pain; versus wisdom, power, results, love and joy.

Enlightenment is a permanent awakening from the dream, the illusion, that you are only a human being. Enlightened, you live in the moment to moment experience you are an immortal spiritual entity. You perceive and communicate with Essence, Infinite Wisdom, Power, and Love-Joy. With that Wisdom and Power, you are able to manifest what you want and are no longer in Game Conditions and Drama. You create your human life as you wish it to be. At the same time you are free of the External Quest for happiness; you depend emotionally on nothing external and are happy all the time. Where the human being lives in only 1. 5 dimensions of experience – the physical and poorly perceived psycanic (mind and emotion)-the enlightened being lives with clarity in all 3 dimensions: physical, psycanic and Essential.

What will you see when you meet an enlightened being?  Nothing out of the ordinary.  He still has a human body. He still has consciousness, will, intelligence, just like everyone else. “When the pickpocket meets the saint, all he sees are his pockets”. This is a Hindu saying meaning that a person of lower conscious does not  perceive the level of spirituality of a being above his own.  Jesus was beyond enlightened; he was illuminati, and even so, not everybody liked him.  

An enlightened being can look “down” on Stage 2 and see psycans asleep and enchanted with their dramas; but a Stage 2 being cannot look “up” at a Stage 4 being and understand his level of consciousness, his knowledge, his outlook on like. A Stage 2 person has no reference for Stage 4 other than the legends of religions. It would be like a blind person trying to understand colors; or a dead person to understand music. To recognize that a person is enlightened, you would have to observe and deal with him for sufficient time to perceive his wisdom, see his power, integrity, simplicity, serenity and compassion.

The Spectrum of Enlightenment

Enlightenment is not a one-point state. It is a spectrum of intensity of its experiences that runs from the experiences being partial, weak and some of the time; to being so strong, so much Love and Joy (like a sexual orgasm) that you have to use will to remain focused in the physical universe.

As you approach the upper end of enlightenment which is Illumination, not only has your human identity dissipated completely, but your entire individuality (psycan) will flash off and on. You have moments of complete merger into the One, moments of illumination.
