The School is the premier source of spiritual knowledge and technology on the planet placing its services within reach of all.

The Mission of the School

The Mission of the School is to guide its students to spiritual enlightenment in 5 years while they continue living their normal life, and to produce the Transformation of Consciousness on the planet.

What is spiritual enlightenment?

Spiritual enlightenment is defined as the existence of 2 conditions:

#1 Awareness of self as an immortal spiritual being (psycan) and now free of the illusion he is only a human being.

#2 Able to open one’s being and perceive Essence, the Creator of all that is.

Other characteristics include:

  • The being is largely free of negative energy, including the human negative emotions that are pain and suffering. He lives in serenity and the joy of Returning to Love. (He will still have some Anti-Essence Identity.)
  • The being is free of the past and all baggage. He is also free of the future, of worry, fear, and idle dreaming
  • He lives in the Eternal Present, the only place Love-Joy exists.
  • The being is living at cause and in creation of his life producing his desired results. He lives free of victim and drama
  • All relationships operate in positive energy and harmony.
  • The being is free of negative ego, of any illusion he is superior or inferior to others. His self-esteem is solid.
  • The being knows by direct communication from Essence what his Mission on Earth.
  • The Light of the being — his humility, transparence, peace, love and service—are sensible to and impact others around him so they are motivated to seek their own enlightenment. Thus, the being is a point of chain reaction for the Transformation of Consciousness on the plane.

The ESAE Curriculum

The requirements of TE (Time & Energy) of the student is approximately equivalent to studying for a master’s degree at a university. Depending on the efficiency of the student, the hourly requirement is 15 to 20 hours per week. The School presents what to do and why; the work on self is the responsibility of the student.

The curriculum is divided into levels, each level taking from 6 months to 1 year to complete. Between each level there is usually a live retreat to introduce the next level.

The curriculum comprises about 200 modules of study, one per week.

Each module contains at least:

  • Knowledge, the explanation of a particular aspect of spirituality.
  • A live session online of about 1.5 2 hours with a guided process.
  • Assignments that apply the knowledge of the week.
  • Processes and meditations for the week
  • Reports of experiences and results

The student also has a daily routine of disciplines which include at least:

  • Meditation: 20+ minutes
  • A session of Negative Energy Liberation and Being re-creation 40+ minutes.
  • Inventories and Logs of interior life.
  • Openings to Essence
  • Creations of self and life.

The Essentiality Curriculum for Enlightenment includes lesser curriculums:

  • Intelligence Technology (how to study and learn efficiently).
  • Being Transformation Technology Explorer
  • Being Transformation Technology Pilot
  • Psycanics
  • Relationships
  • Parent--Child Relationships
  • The Anti-Essence Identity

Other requirements include:

  • Daily hydration of 2 liters water, diet (wholesome foods, no junk, no chemicals, no red meat, alcohol, etc.)
  • 2.5 hours exercise per week (20 mins per day).
  • Periodic live retreats
  • Periodic retreats for the liberation of the
    Anti-Essence Identity (Evil).
  • Service to others in some form,
    4 hours per month.

While the School promotes the maximization of both yin and yang in its students, the primary energy is Warrior. The ordinary human being runs from his negative energies which means they never get handled. A Warrior lives from his will, not how he feels. A Warrior confronts and handles his negative energies to eliminate them as quickly as possible. He therefore produces rapid results in his Transformation of Being. The indisposition to confront and handle negative energy is the primary reason people abandon their enlightenment.

The School maintains a reputation for results, for producing enlightenment. The School is not a church, religion, social or membership group: students who do not show advancement in their spirituality are dropped.
